I created a partition on my Macintosh HD ( 500 GB ) at max possible size of 113 GB - not sure why it can not be bigger even when the whole disk is almost empty. I installed Big Sur on this partition. After booting in the new partition I figured out that the new partition changed from 113 GB to 40 GB. Why is that happening. Someone has a solution for that ?
