iMessage and FaceTime isn’t activating

I am not able to activate iMessage and FaceTime through my phone number. Even contacted Apple Support, they said the issue is with you carrier. Don’t know what to do!?

I had the same issue and I took out carrier and inserted it many times until it worked 🤷‍♀️
