Apple Pay Web Merchant Registration API, rejected!!!

Hi
I submitted the form to obtain the private API number
To operate Apple Pay payment services on our website
Unfortunately, we received a rejection email, without giving any reason
All Apple Pay requirement were done, but the API request was rejected at the end.

  1. Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate, and Active Certificate

  2. Merchant Domains, and domains Verified.

  3. Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate.

Is there anything else we missed?

Our application was rejected too. Basically it is up to Apple's whim to accept or reject. We wasted months of time to implement it only to find out that Apple has rejected it. Shame!
