Hello,

After I upgraded my Mac to Big Sur, when I use Zoom, I can no longer share my screen. What do I need to do?

Try and go to System Preferences - Security and Privacy. And select Privacy, scroll down to find Screen Recording - click the lock to open - add an application (which is Zoom) - click the box to tick.

I tried the above suggestions.

But the privacy settings in Zoom is greyed out and unable to click on?
