Does Google Places SDK integration result in App rejection in China?

We have an auto complete feature for locations. We have integrated Google places SDK to implement this feature but only concern we have is most of the Google services are banned in China which includes places as well. So if we go ahead with this SDK approach, does Apple reject the app in reviewal process as this SDK is banned in China?

If you exclude China from the list of countries, you should not have problem.

I advise to explain this in detail in the information for the reviewer.
