I’m trying to apply for the Swift Student Challenge but the when I click apply it redirects me to https://developer.apple.com/maintenance/

Is this happening with anyone else?

According to Esther on Twitter. The issue will be resolved shortly and the deadline will be extended 24hrs.

Developer Support is closed too, until Monday morning. I hope it's something that'll be fixed overnight, because there's no way to get in touch with Apple as far as I can tell.
