Is there a way to provide licensing information in the settings.bundle?

Hi, I'm trying to display licensing information about 3rd-party libs in the settings.bundle in the way it has been done in the Apple Music section in the Settings app (Settings -> Apps -> Music -> About Apple Musc and Privacy)

But there does not seem to be any possibility to include such a scrollview in settings.bundle or am I missing something?

I submitted a feature request for this in 2016. Was radar 28675140. And was closed as being a duplicate of another radar, so someone else had requested it before me. Maybe if we could get everyone who's posted a similar question in the forums to request it, it'll get some action.
