IOS 14 no longer focusing on navbar on pushed view.

Hello. from IOS 14 onwards we've noticed on our app that when pushing a view controller, the nav title is no longer the first element the voiceover focuses on. Instead voiceover now focuses on the first label within the view controller.

Was this an intended change? It seems there was little documentation on this if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Same thing happens in our app, but not in all the pushed view controller.

Have you tried open Settings > General > About? It's much more weird.
It reads the first row then go back to focus on General button.
