How to use only efficiency cores on m1 mac

So, I was wondering, how do you force a task to use only the efficiency cores? I want to run cinebench only on the efficiency cores just for fun and was wondering how you can route the task to only run on the high efficiency cores. Is there a way to do that?

You can assign a background quality-of-service to these tasks. That should keep them on the high-efficiency cores. See the documentation.
