How to distribute my employee company App

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to distribute an employee company App to :

  • A maximum of 13000 employees around the world

  • Half of them (frontline workers) have no company email adress of credential (so usage on their own device)

  • Private content only (so impossible to distribute on the public store)

  • With notification (exit PWA)

Apple business manager with the reedem code distribution couldn't be the right solution for that.

For those worried about authentication, I've a solution for that already in place and sync with our HR onboarding process (Azure AD for those having a P1/P2 licence and free Azure AD for frontline workers)

Any idea ?
