My terminal is crashing at every boot up. I haven't changed any configurations or working on anything that alters with Mac IO or UI.

You have installed some 3rd party software called "sentinel" that is interfering with the operating system at a very low level. I don't know if this is malware or, even worse, anti-malware. But that is definitely the cause.
