We have managed about 160 ipads through apple business manager and Soti MDM. at the end of 2020 we pushed all of the yearly updated apps to Apple business manager and thought that they would automatically push through to the devices.
It appears that the updated apps are in apple business manager, we did change the name and the version number in the updated apps so the systems should see the update however the updated apps are not appearing in Soti.
Is there a manual step that needs to happen in order to push the updates to Soti so that Soti can then sync the fleet of apps? I'm not seeing a way do this.
