Can SiriKit be taught new words not in the dictionary

I am looking for an API to do the following:

  • add to a dictionary or similar collection sounds which are not words recognized in the dictionary.

  • parse an audio file and identify the positions in the file at which these words occur.

Can SiriKit do the above?

If not, are there any alternative API's or frameworks?
