Got my binary rejected with the message: ITMS-90000: This bundle is invalid - $message.

There is not more info on this in the rejection email and I am having a hard time understanding what may have happened or how to solve it. Anyone had a similar issue?

I uploaded two build. XCode prompts me that the builds have been uploaded. But I failed to see the first build in TestFlight. Then I see the version disclosure panel of my second build, but its content is empty when I expand it. For a while, I received an email with only telling me the second build is reject with only one-sentence-message "ITMS-90000: This bundle is invalid - $message."

The problem still remains. For more than 12 hours, no Apple's official position and my dead line is comming. Sad!!!

Same issue in Japan.
First uploaded binary was disappeared in App Store Connect.
Second one was ok. And we received the same message.
But TestFlight is ok.
