Can't find "Metal Developer Tools for Windows" download link

https://developer.apple.com/metal/
The above page says:

Tools for Windows
The Metal Developer Tools for Windows enables Metal Shading Language (MSL) compilation on Windows into Metal Library Objects targeting Apple platforms.
Download now

Download now links to https://developer.apple.com/download but the tools are nowhere to be found. Are they even still available? It's been less than a year since they released.

Here's another unanswered question asking the same thing:

Try this link.

It's not my favorite UI, but to see the link, you need to click on the "Release" button on the upper right of the page, then click on "Applications" in the center, and then scroll down.

Thank you for the link, it seems to be working.

For some reason though I don't see an "Applications" section on the page, only a "Software Downloads" header and three sections for Xcode 12.3, TestFlight, and App Store Connect.

However, It looks like it's been uploaded to the "More" section as of yesterday. Thanks for your help.
