Can't upload to App Store from M1 Mac Mini

I've been trying all day to upload a build to Test Flight but kept getting a message that says "App Store Connect Operation Error" and "An error occurred uploading to the App Store."

Eventually, I tried to upload the build from another Mac, and this time it worked fine.

The Mac that won't upload is a new M1-based Mac Mini. The one that works is an Intel MacBook Pro. Both are on the same Wifi network.

12 days later I'm still experiencing this problem, so I don't think it's a transient issue with the app store servers.

I have a followup question though. I've been doing iOS development since 2009. For many years, I have posted in these forums and gotten lots of timely help, often from Apple employees. I really appreciate that. Most other companies pay very little attention to their user forums.

But ever since Apple changed the format of these forums last year, I have gotten no responses to anything I have posted. I am wondering, am I doing something wrong, not using tags correctly, etc? Or is this simply the new reality?

I have the same problem with Kartra.com upload system.
I’m getting mad with their help ticket because they can’t find a solution. 😩
I have macbook pro 13” with M1 chip.
I tried different browsers, i disabled firewalls and all the extentions.
When uploading (using developer mode with the console active) i get this message :
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
And it shows this link

Could it be helpful to anyone?
