Xcode 12.3 no longer shows Souce Editor Extensions?

Brand new installation of MacOS Big Sur 11.1.
Brand new installation of Xcode 12.3.

Installed xcsort, installed Soothe (both from the App Store), full disclosure, I'm the author of Soothe and trying to push an update, but can't see the editor commands anymore.

Is this a known issue? any workarounds?
There are changes you need to make. Please see the Xcode 12 release notes:

For compatibility with new security features in macOS 11, Xcode extensions must be built using Xcode 12 and must embed XcodeKit.framework. An Xcode extension rebuilt with these tools remains compatible with older versions of Xcode and macOS. (51822755)

Have you found a solution to this issue? None of my extensions from the App Store show up in System Preferences -> Extensions. This is so frustrating! Xcode's editor needs to be fixed once and for all and then they should leave it. I've written my own extensions just to have basic yank line, paste, restructure variable sections etc. only to have this break over and over.
