Expired provisioning profile is showing the status as Active in Enterprise developer account

In the Enterprise developer account, the provisioning profile which already expired having the status as Active and able to download.
If we open the profile one time and when checking next time, the status is changed to Expired.

Could you please say why the status is showing wrong?
