Apple Watch not getting phone call notification after using Carplay

I realize this issue is happening right after I use CarPlay in my Honda Accord 2018. I have a iPhone 12 Max and a Apple Watch series 6. The only thing resolve the problem is power cycle or restarting the iPhone and Watch.

please help
