Create a model collection error, one of the fields was invalid

I am trying to create a model collection and have entered data in several different ways, one of them result in a successful creation, I get a validation error of "One of the fields was invalid". This is blocking me from making progress, has anyone had this issue and found a way around it? Maybe the system is just broken right now?

The issue magically resolved itself when we attempted again yesterday. Appears to have just been a bug on the site.

I apologize, "one of them result in a successful creation" should read "NONE of them result in a successful creation". I don't see a way to edit the question. I also have a screenshot of the error that I can throw up on s3 if anyone is interested in seeing it.
