Big Sur panic with bluetooth

Hi All,
We met a kernel panic on Big Sur.
Any one met similar issue?Is it about bluetooth?
Should I disable bluetooth to avoid this?

Or is it related to system extension?There should be no 3rd party kext on Big Sur now.

Is it about bluetooth?

Same issue, Happen every night

panic(cpu 4 caller 0xffffff8019a89baa): Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds while entering darkwake on way to sleep. Suspected bundle: com.apple.iokit.IOUSBHostFamily. Thread 0xaba4a.
