MacOS Big Sur update

Failed to update; doesn't meet minimum BridgeOS requirement. Same issues for 1.15.5, .6, .7 and now Big Sur updates -_-

Fix was to reset the T2 chip in DFU mode on a Big Sur 11.0.1 Mac.
