stop the yellow man page popup windows from Terminal

as i am typing in a Terminal window on Catalina (as all developers must do), i must be accidentally hitting some secret pattern of keys, because yellow man page windows keep popping up to do a "man" command on whatever word i am typing.

how do we shut this terrible feature off?

If anyone wants to know, I finally figured this out after how long? The TouchBar has a man page button above the "2" key and it is easy to hit that when you try to hit one of the keys below it. You can use View menu in Terminal/Customize Touch Bar to drag that virtual button off the touch bar.

Thanks, I actually wanted to get to that man page viewer and didn't remember how I triggered it, so that turned out equally well for me.
