Share Watch Extension with multiple ios app targets

I have a single watch app target and multiple iOS targets (simulator and device separate but share same bundle identifier). Now how can I switch between multiple targets?

I see its possible except the manual integration of the framework. However, looking for the same end to end sample. Hope apple provides some insights on this.
