iOS 14.2 Beta4 keeps asking to upgrade

Everytime I unlock the phone, I get a popup that "A new iOS upgrade is now available. Please update from the iOS 14 beta." However, when I go to Settings/General/Software update, it shows that I am up to date. Indeed, I am running 14.2 Beta4 (18B5083a), which was released just a 10 days ago I believe.

I tried downloading and installing the fresh beta profile. It did not help.

I did submit feedback for this issue (FB8840385).

This has happened before and is a bug in the beta 4 release tied to an expiration check for the valid timeframe for a build. In this case we are 9 days out from a weekly release cycle, someone at Apple screwed up and set the time check too soon. It’ll be fixed in the next beta release.
