Mobile calls drop intermittently after iOS 14 update

Since I updated to the latest iOS 14 my calls go silent intermittently and network keeps failing in between calls.half the time am asking the other person if they can hear me.

I use an iPhone 8

Apple you are already late with this update please fix these problems at the earliest
