I got an error like this. Phone’s iOS 12.4.8 doesn’t match InstaCloneFirebase.app’s iOS 14.0 deployment target. Upgrade iPhone’s iOS version or lower InstaCloneFirebase.app’s deployment target. After this error, I dropped the distribution target of the xcode program from 14.0 to 12.4. I tried it, but it gave another error. What should I do?

I'm new to Xcode I'm using Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5
iphone no longer receives updates. Is there anything I can do on the xcode side?Cannot exceed 12.4
