Cancel or refund an in app purchase made during testing with sandbox

I am trying to test the in app purchases within my app, and I made a purchase with what I was informed was within the sandbox. I now wish to cancel/refund that purchase (and future tests) so I can test my code.

I have NOT created a sandbox account under Users and Access as some of the documentation has stated, so I assume iTunes worked out that the app was still not live, or that the person trying to buy was the same account as the developer of the app, and automatically put me into sandbox mode.

I cannot find a link to the purchase anywhere, in order to try and cancel it.
