Date-Time display in menu bar

Hi,
I am running Big Sur Beta 8.
I cannot find a way to change how the time and date are displayed in the menu bar.
It only displays time.
The only option I was able to find was the 24 hours format.
Before Big Sur there were 3 tabs in the Date & Time Preferences Pane. Now there are only 2. It is missing the 3rd one were I could format the menu bar displayed Date and Time.
I searched enough I think at least for a average user would search, but I wasn't able to find how to do that.
Is this because Big Sur is still under development or it is me?

Your suggestion solved it!
I am having the same issue. What was the fix?
Oh Jeez, I just found it.
Hi, it's good suggestion on where to find any option to interact with the date in the bar, but unfortunately there is still no way to change date format... Personally I would like to add year to it to make it more distinguishable from time.

In Big Sur Dock & Menubar you also cannot hide the date and time like you could before. But can at least change it to just a small clock icon.

I prefer the time & date from iStat Menus - the original poster will find his requested features using iStat Menus.

I want to have the date and time on the menubar and these have disappeared. Where is the icon that reports ttthe level of the battery? I cannot find the words to use to find them to put them back. Help

Settings => "Dock & Menu Bar" choose "Clock" from the left list, from the drop-down list in front of "Date Options: show date" select "always"
