Is anyone else missing the blood oxygen app?

I have the new Apple Watch series 6 and right out the box it had the blood oxygen app but it was non responsive. I would tap it and nothing would happen, so I powered it off and powered it back on and the app was completely gone after that. I tried searching for it in the watch App Store and it’s not there. When I look for it in the iOS App Store it’s showing up but I can’t download it from there. Is anyone else having this issue?

What version of iOS is installed on your phone?

When I pair my watch with an iPhone running the release of iOS 14 it works, but if I pair with an iPhone running 14.2 beta it's gone.

Same here - running iOS14.2 beta and just received new Series 6 watch in UK. Blood Oxygen app(set up on iPhone) is not available if running beta. Removing beta profile does not work as phone has already been updated to 14.2.
