Anyone seeing Kernel Panics on reboot/shutdown in Big Sur?

See this type of panic (on beta 7), whenever I try and reboot: "watchdog timeout: no checkins from watchdogd"

Seeing this issue on Catalina too.

I've been having constant Kernel panics when putting the display to sleep since upgrading to Catalina, and with the most recent Big Sur betas (including beta 10). I went as far as doing a complete clean reinstall of Big Sur earlier this week. Nothing else on the iMac (2019), and once putting the display into sleep model, it panicked. Updated to beta 10 this morning, put the display into sleep mode and it panicked again (problem details attached). Searching the Apple developer forums, Apple online help forums, and a general Google search would indicate that this has been a long standing problem. I've got two USB-C Samsung displays attached to my iMac, not being able to put the displays to sleep is a problem. Right now I'm turning them off when I step away and using a blank screen saver for the main iMac display.

Anyone seeing Kernel Panics on reboot/shutdown in Big Sur?
