iOS 14 Safari, Chrome Default Browser Redirection Question

If a user has set Chrome as their default browser and my web app requires Safari, is there a way to redirect them from Chrome to Safari and load the site up?

Example:

User gets an SMS with a link -> user clicks on the link and it opens Chrome -> (User gets error saying Chrome does not support webRTC open in Safari) -> Best Case: User clicks a button and it redirects to safari and opens the site up.

Apple,
please provide a way to open URL (http and https) in Safari, when default browser is not Safari and user is using it now to browse a web site.
Another limitation of non-Safari browser is client certificate authentication, which works only in Safari, when using MDM client certificates.

Thank you.
Not sure there is a simple way, if at all. See this url for discussion:

Thanks for the reply. Sadly that is outdated and doesn't work it seems :(
