I submitted a request for an ES entitlement about 6 months ago. In about a month I got the development version. I made my app, and asked them in June that I would like to get the distribution version so I can release it.
End of July Apple came back with 2 questions, which I answered right away, and since then I haven't heard from them. I sent them the full source code, and I would like to release my application, however I can't as all communication is stuck. I have sent them many follow up emails, but I don't get any answer.
Does anyone have any suggestion how to move forward?
