App Rejected even though In-App Purchases work in Testfilght

Our App has an in-app purchase (IAP) which works correctly using Testfilght . Our App was rejected with the following message:
We remain unable to access the in-app purchase products in your app because they do not return an action after being tapped and allowing for several minutes for this to process. This occurred when your app was reviewed on iPhone and iPad running iOS 13.7 on Wi-Fi.

  1. I have added IAP in Xcode-Capabilty

  2. the status of IAP is "waiting for review"

  3. works correctly in Testfilght

Hi

We are facing the same issue so not sure that should we push the update or not.

Is there any fix for this issue?

Hello Friend,

Did you check that the status of your IAP packs is Approved? Because on Testflight you can purchase packs/product_ids that have not been approved by Apple.
