Whenever I do a XCode Project, it doesn't allow me to do a paste special when ever cut or copy. It just greyed out, is there anyway to fix that?

I've not found any case where Paste special is possible, neither in code, nor in IB, nor in plist ….
What do you expect from Paste Special that would need a fix ?
I tested with older versions (XCode 10), Paste special is desactivated as well.
There is the other menu item Paste and Preserve Formatting.
I understand it serves the purpose that Paste special do in othar apps (like in Safari here on this forum).

What I mean by fix, I mean fix it so it can be used, but I guess that's not possible.

In such a case, the bug is to have left an unsused menu.
Unless someone find some very specific circumstance where it is activated ?
