Mac Catalyst app weird message when trying to download from the AppStore

Hi folks

We've recently released our app as a Mac Catalyst... our setup is this:
iOS (iPhone & iPad) app and Mac OS app based on Catalyst (i.e. the iPad source code), using the same bundle identifier, and in AppStore connect under the same app listing.

So everything looks great and works great BUT when our customers try to download from the Mac App Store they get this:
"Download an older version of MoneyWiz 2020 Personal Finance?
The current version requires OS X 13.0 or later, but you can download the last compatible version."

This makes no sense... first off, Catalyst apps require 10.15 not OS X 13. Second, if I choose to download it still works and downloads then latest version.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Just wondering if you found any solution to this? I'm also seeing the same issue, although my error mentions OS X 12.0...

It seems as though OS X (version) is using the minimum iOS version instead of the minimum macOS version, given that your error mentions OS X 13.0.
