can I change DTK shipping address to another country

Hello, I just got approved for my DTK Application, but I realize my developer account is in United States, and I'm currently in another country and will not be able to come back to US in at least a year. Can I change my shipping address to the country I'm currently stay?

I don't think that you can do that, since on the NDA you can't export the DTK to another country.
