Device Reset Date is today - But No Option to reset it

The device reset option is not coming under "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" -> Devices whereas Expiration Date has been extended to next year. Payment is done already.

Pleae help how to get device reset at my account and also, let me know how long this option will be available.
