why am i not able to update to big sur ?!

I'm currently running macOS Catalina Version 10.15.16 (19G73) on my 13' macbook pro 2019
I enrolled my mac into the Developer Seed Beta Programme and tried downloading macOS Big Sur Beta (twice/thrice 40 gb's as Apple Support suggest me to redownload it every single time) but am still not able to install big sur as the process always gives me "An error occured installing macOS"
you can try again to complete the installation.
please help me resolve this issue.

Same issue. you can look for /var/log/install.log and get the reason
