Can you please provide the specific openssl commands necessary to generate a valid cryptographic key pair for registering as an (SKAdNetwork) Ad Network?

Following this question as well. Could Apple provides guidance as to how to generate the key?
Having openssl commands examples would be very useful to ensure the key complies with what Apple expect.
