Adult content on Apple Store

Is it acceptable to publish adult content on Apple Store (obviously indicating it's for a mature audience)?
I want to develop an app which offers line art drawings to color. The art is explicit but not too realistic, and had a cartoon like visual aspect. Where i can ask for a pre-approval (the arts are done, i can provide samples)? Or i have to take the risk to fully develop the app and send it to review?

I suggest you bias your content against app store ratings, and App Store Review Guidelines, keeping in mind app review isn't here, no one here can promise what they will/won't accept/reject, and there are no pre-reviews, so yes, you might need to build it, submit it and run the review gauntlet to find out where you stand, exactly.

My opinion, which counts for zip, based on your brief explanation, without seeing your content, is that if you get the ratings right, you'll be ok.
