If you'd like to download and participate in the iOS 14 beta you can register on the Apple Beta Software Program website. Please have a read through the FAQ for the beta program if you haven't participated before, there is a lot of useful information there.
If you choose to participate you should back up your device before you install the beta as this is pre-release software.
