Good day, For the past 2 month, I have been unable to pass the enrollment process of the Apple developer program.
i did provide the necessary details. But my account is still pending.
i don’t know if they don’t accept African banks cards. But I use an African bank which perform international transactions.
i need help as to how I can get enrolled on apple developer program successfully

I am in the same situation I tried with my 3 credit cards and the bank is telling me that there is not an intention from apple to do the payment, it is weird what is happening because with one of my credit cards I can pay other services from apple and to make the things worst the support from apple is not responding.

i have completed my app since 4 months ago and since then i have applied for the developer program and written to the support many times but to no avail, this process is so painful.

Me too, I'm from UAE. I couldnt even get pass through to the payment. It is saying we'll be back soon. However, when i check the status page it is saying operations are normal.
