I hope all is well. I have been trying to enrol for the Apple Developer program for about 2 months now. All my attempts have been cancelled due to reasons not known by me. I would really like to enrol for the program and start developing iOS Apps. I have tried different debit cards and credit cards after i was told via support that Apple was not able to accept my payment. This is a widespread issue and I am not the only one experiencing it. Please assist. I have tried sending emails to support, but no response. What is the problem? I want an answer. How must i enrol for the Apple Developer Program? I thought it was a payment issue, so i asked via support for Apple to create an order for me wit their bank details so i can EFT directly into the Bank Account, but still no reply. Please help.
