I am from India trying to pay for the developer account membership from 2 months , i am not able to achieve success.

My bank doesnt have any issue , i can buy apple tunes from the same card. I am getting little help from the apple support.Some one please help.

It is something faced by so many users. I am facing it too. No support. Singapore support team sucks. If I can allow a negative ratting I will give -100 to the support team.
