16" MBP Hangs on Sleep (Big Sur)

If my 2019 16" MBP goes to sleep w/the Big Sur beta, it will enter a hung state, and I will have to forcibly restart it. Is anyone else seeing this? Tried NVRAM and SMC resets with no change. Power settings returned to default.

Yes same here.. i can't finish the boot process! - Only safe mode works.. and then is VERY VERY slow to do anything graphics wise.

I’m having the same issue on my MacBook Pro 16. I tried changing the hibernate and sleep settings to no avail.
