IOS 14 WiFi

Anyone experiencing issues with IOS 14 and wifi connectivity?
OMG I just tried 14.2 beta 3 & 14.1. THE PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPENING !! I can't use my iPad 9.7 inch without consistently loosing wifi.. So disappointed in Apple. Thinking of switching to Samsung.
My Wifi on iPhone SE 1Gen gets automatically disconnected. I’ve tried everything formatting and all still nothing is happening
Current iOS version:14.0.1
Please fix it ASAP

I honestly think that apple’s software engineering unit are trying to get a revenge of apple’s management for some reasons, not sure if they want a pay raise but the management are not accepting or they have some demands and the management don’t consider it. I will never believe that Apple tech engineering unit are not able to fix this issue within a day and release and emergency software update for the public to solve this. I’m very convinced this is an internal Apple issue between the engineers and other unit and customers were used as victims to pressure other units.. good bye Apple and congratulations as you’ve just LOST a very loyal customer because of this silly issue that you do not want to fix ASAP, I’ve been buying all apples iPhone products since iPhone 3Gs until 11 pro max. But because of your acts now I’m shifting to Android with Samsung with no regrets.. good bye Apple
Yes. I am also facing the same issue. Wifi is not stable. Once i turn off the screen, the wifi connection disappears. To connect the wifi again, i have to go to wifi setting and wait for 5-10 seconds to get the wifi network name. When both mobile data and wifi are turned on, iphone dont connect to wifi automatically. It keeps on using mobile data.
I am having the same issue! Wifi keeps dropping and my newly upgraded ios14 iPhone X reverts to more expensive 4g.

please explain how to prevent this or fix the issue this is ridiculous!
I have an iPhone X on ios 14.2 beta 3 my wifi keeps disconnecting and sometimes I have to go to settings to re connect and sometimes it auto re connects.
iOS 14.2 beta 3

This is ridicules if it’s not the battery draining it’s the WiFi disconnecting or being extremely bad. Please fix this ASAP.

Having using mobile data much more.
I was having the same problem. Ever since I upgraded to 14.x the WiFi connection keeps on dropping intermittently. The WiFi signal stays shows full but actually was not able to browse internet niether could connect to the router GUI via WiFi. At the same time everything was working fine in my wife’s Samsung phone. That means the router and internet connection was ruled out. It was only the iOS 14 device both iPhone and iPad having issues. But then I upgraded my router and brought a dual band . So when I connect on 5Ghz band thr problem seems to have solved .
With the IOS 14.01 my wife signal shows it’s full with out actually having an internet connection, I can’t browse or use any app.

I have to end up using my data to browse the internet and my social media apps. Even with the data connection I sometimes face some difficulties!

this is so disappointing

I spent some time in online chat with a senior advisor today. Currently using an iPhone SE Gen 2, upgraded to iOS 14.0.1 from iOS 13.7 last week and have experienced issues with intermittent disconnects from Wifi since then. The issue occurred every few minutes, would result in my device disconnecting from the Wifi and connecting via LTE or 4G (whichever was available). After trying the basic troubleshooting (Wifi manual disconnect, device restarts, network reset) I was advised to delete any VPN configurations I had within General > Settings > VPN. From there, I restarted my device and have not experienced issues since.
My xr was only running at 38mbps after update usually it runs over 100mbps I reset my network settings on my phone and now it won’t even find my WiFi even tho all my other electronics are connected when I search for it it says WiFi not found now
Definitely there is issue with new IOS.
I have Cisco 1815W AP with single SSID working on 2,5 and 5GHZ band. After I have upgraded to IOS 14.0.1 I had to separate SSID's for 2,5 and 5GHZ bands in order to be able to use iPhone Xs Max on WiFi.
Upon band separation iPhone is not able to find 5GHz SSID for a long time. It gets many attempts before it can associate it self to the AP. Even when you manage to associate as soon as you start loading network traffic there is TTL exceeded message. Test I have done was standing directly below AP. Packet loss is present on both bands.
Same time, Mac Book Pro Catalina reaches much higher download speeds without any packet loss on any of the bands.
Same time, family members on older iPhone IOS and older phone models are heaving no issues.

I am having issues with WiFi connection after update iOS 14.2 Beta 3.. the icon does not appear I am connected. Please fix ASAP!!!
After updating my iPhone 11 from iOS 13 to iOS 14, I couldn’t connect to my WiFi either. Easily solved the problem by going to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Phone will reset/restart. Go to WiFi, click on your connection and it will prompt you to enter your WiFi password.

My WiFi is back to working again!
Omg 14.1 is released but still no fix for the WiFi... I am about to leave Apple.
