Developer Access to ECG Functionality

What is the solution for a developer that is based in a country that does not have ECG enabled but has to support a global customer base? I have numerous requests for this but have to apologise and say sorry, but I'm not allowed access to it.

Is there a developer mode to enable this feature on Apple Watch & in Health?

If it came with appropriate disclaimer that it was for development mode only then it should have no problems with country specific legislation.

You can add electrocardiograms to test with through the Health app on iOS simulator. Navigate to Health > Browse > Heart > Electrocardiograms, and then tap “Add Data”. This will allow you to choose a classification, and will save an electrocardiogram with a few symptoms.

Could you please clarify if there’s any plan to add ECG & irregular rhythm notifications support for Belarus? I know it’s not the right place to ask, but there’s no feedback from feedback assistant ticket. Thanks in advance.
