Bounces on the doc and then goes away. Using MS Exchange, iCloud, Yahoo. I have rebuilt the database multiple times and still no luck. Anyone have a fix for this?

It has probably crashed. Please go into Console and grab the crash report and attach it to a bug filed through Feedback Reporter.
I ran into the same issue. Removed the existing mail folders and preferences from the Library got it to work for me.
