Question about WWDC scheduled sessions

I was looking at the WWDC schedule and they have various sessions throughout the days. But it looks like the videos of the talks are already there? So what is the schedule for? I don't understand - is something happening at those times?

Hi, the schedule of the videos establish at what time they will be available to watch, basically each day at 7 PM there will be new videos :)

Yesterday, I looked up the schedule for Metal talks. It is supposedly today at 11AM Pacific. But the video was already online and watchable. So what happens today at 11?

They should release all videos on day-one ... so we can binge-watch everything we want, and then have plenty of time to do some labs 🤓

Seems like that's what they did do. That's why I'm confused about what the schedule is for.
